Shipping

In this section you will find everything related to how, when and where we send your order. We also try to resolve all your doubts about possible incidents that may occur, but remember that if you still have any questions, we will be happy to help you.

1.Can I pick up the order and save shipping costs?

Whenever you wish, you can choose to collect your order from our warehouse during the purchase process.
We will notify you when it is ready to be picked up.
The address is: Carrer del Rosselló, 350, 08025 Barcelona and the pick-up time is Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2. Distribution

All deliveries will be made from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The client must specify closing and opening days.

The customer can request a more specific schedule (in 2-hour ranges for deliveries in Barcelona and nearby areas). Rest consult.

3. Delivery times

All orders placed before 2 p.m. will be prepared and served within the next 24 hours, for shipments within Barcelona province and peninsula. For Balearic orders, the approximate delivery time will be between 48 hours.

For orders to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta or Melilla, consult.

For emergencies, contact by phone.

4. What should I do if the order is incomplete or does not correspond to the order? ​

We try to prevent this from happening, but if we have made an error in the preparation of your order, simply send an email to info@cellularb2b.com indicating your information and we will send you the missing product at no cost, or we will refund your money.
